Four ways to promote balance in your body (and your workouts)
1.) Begin with a specific mobility sequence. Before asking for strength, we need to ask for function. Carve out 10-20 minutes before your workout to unwind whatever your body has been through prior and remind it how to work in balance and harmony again. The Symphony of Movement
This past week, after months of virtual recruiting, I finally had the chance to attend a tournament and watch basketball in person.
I couldn’t help but admire the symphony-like production that is required to successfully run one of these tournaments.
