SPORTS PERFORMANCE OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM
Learn to Train for explosive power Includes:
• comprehensive motion screening
• corrective exercise based on findings
• sports performance testing
• Individualized sports training programs taught by USA weightlifting specialists
• Speed-strength training philosophy for explosive power
• Beginning 4/1/09 receive a 4 month UNLIMITED training membership (expires 9/30/09)
Unlimited sessions M-F 3-8pm and Sat 7:30-1pm
Our program is unique and not duplicated in the Rochester area
in 2 distinct principles and disciplines:
First– All athletes entering the program undergo a comprehensive “Athletic Screening and Profile” designed to assess both quantity and quality of movement. Typically other programs test only quantity of movement. Joint mobility and stability are evaluated throughout the body through a series of reliable and valid functional tests administered by a Physical Therapist. Based on the results of these tests, specific corrective exercises are incorporated into six introductory Sports Performance Training sessions.
